DOA POLICY

REFUND POLICY:

We guarantee against DOA (Dead On Arrival).  IF you see corals that are damaged, and/or losing tissue upon arrival, please take pictures in the bags and send an email immediately to sales@emeraldreefsupply.com.  You are eligible for store credit/or refund (minus shipping), if your coral is damaged or DOA.  To be eligible for a credit, you must send pictures within 2 hours from when UPS or Fed Ex dropped off the package.  Weather delays, acts of god, or UPS/Fed Ex delays are not covered.  We will work with you if this rare unfortunate event happens.
